摘要
培训模式创新对提高技工院校教师培训效益具有重要意义。本文在整合个性化和混合式两种培训类型,构建包含线上学习、线下培训和应用指导三个阶段的突出个性化培训理念的技工院校教师混合式培训模式的基础上,提出了两点实施建议,即培训组织部门角色转型和强化数据观念。该模式有助于提高培训效果及受训教师参与积极性,为更好地开展技工院校教师培训提供了新的思路与方法。
The innovation of training mode is of great significance to improve the effectiveness of teacher training in technical schools.This paper constructs a blending training model for teachers in technical schools by integrating two types of training:personalized training and blending training,which emphasizes the concept of personalized training and includes three stages:online learning,offline training and application guidance.Two suggestions of implementation are put forward,that is,the role transformation of training organization department and the emphasis on the concept of data.This model is helpful to improve the training effect and the enthusiasm of participating teachers,and provides a new idea and method for better carrying out teacher training in technical schools.
