人工智能背景下财经类高技能人才培养模式研究

Research on the training model of high-skilled financial professionals under the background of artificial intelligence

随着大数据和人工智能产业的迅猛发展,对高校人才培养提出了新的挑战。高技能人才的培养,需要具备紧贴时代发展要求的人才培养模式。目前高校财经类人才培养模式存在诸如:人才培养方案滞后、课程设置陈旧、教学模式单一、教学评价体系缺失、不足等问题。基于重构培养方案、更替课程内容、创新教学模式、完善教学评价体系,创新财经类高技能人才的培养模式、并以此推动高技能人才的培养。

With the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence industry,new challenges are presented to the training of talents in colleges and universities.The training of highly skilled talents requires a talent training model that closely meets the development requirements of the times.At present,the financial talent training model in colleges and universities has such problems as lagging talent training plan,outdated curriculum,single teaching mode,lack of teaching evaluation system,and insufficient"curriculum ideological and political".Based on the five aspects of reconstructing the training plan,replacing the course content,innovating the teaching model,improving the teaching evaluation system,innovate the training model of high-skilled talents in finance and economics,and promote the cultivation of high-skilled talents.
