摘要
分析网络募捐过程中存在的问题,应从行政监管与平台自律相结合、完善网络募捐平台审核机制、明确《中华人民共和国慈善法》中主体的权利义务以及借鉴商业模式等方面进行规制。
In analyzing the problems existing in the process of online fund-raising,we should combine administrative supervision with platform self-discipline,improve the audit mechanism of online fund-raising platform,clarify the rights and obligations of subjects in the charity law of the people's Republic of China and learn from business model.
