质子泵抑制剂在普外科预防使用的合理性和经济性分析

Analysis of the rationality and economy of the use of proton pump inhibitors in general surgery department

通过回顾性方法收集镇江市第一人民医院2018年1-12月使用质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)的普外科手术患者信息,对PPIs的用药指征、合理用药情况进行分析。在使用PPIs的696例手术患者中,507例有用药指征(占72.84%),其中385例为预防应激性溃疡,122例为治疗术后创面溃疡,各项评价指标均合理的病例仅有29例。剩余189例无用药指征(占27.16%)。注射用奥美拉唑(冻干粉)成本—效果比最低。质子泵抑制剂在围手术期预防使用中存在问题,需要医生与药师一起努力共同促进PPIs合理经济的使用。

The data of 2018 general surgical patients in Zhenjiang NO.1 People's Hospital using proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)were collected retrospectively,and the drug indications and rational use of PPIs were evaluated and analyzed.The review found that among the 696 surgical patients using PPIs,507 had medication indications(72.84%),of which 385 were for the prevention of stress ulcer and 122 were for the treatment of postoperative wound ulcer.Only 29 cases had reasonable evaluation indexes.The remaining 189 cases had no indication(27.16%).Omeprazole for injection(Lyophilization)has the lowest cost-effectiveness ratio.There are various problems in the use of PPIs in perioperative period,which need doctors and pharmacists to work together to promote the rational and economical use of PPIs.
