摘要
在模式植物拟南芥和水稻中,花药发育的研究主要集中在花药的结构和花药发育调控网络方面,而小麦花药发育的研究主要集中在花药的结构方面,关于小麦花药发育关键基因的功能研究较少。综述了模式植物拟南芥和水稻花药的结构、不同发育时期和花药发育过程中的关键基因调控过程,如雄蕊原基发育时、造胞细胞分裂时、绒毡层细胞发育时、减数分裂时、花粉粒壁合成时和花药开裂时。最后,总结了目前对小麦花药发育基因调控的研究,旨在为小麦花药发育过程中的调控网络提供参考,并为创制小麦雄性不育系提供理论参考。
A better understanding of anther development should effectively facilitate creating optimal male sterility lines for hybrid wheat production.In Arabidopsis and rice,the structure of anther and the key genes that regulated the anther development in each stage had been identified,but little was known regarding the key genes that regulated the anthers development in wheat.The paper summarized the structure and the period in plant anthers and the key genes that regulated the anthers development about stamen primordia,sporogenous cell division,tapetum cell development,meiosis,pollen wall synthesis and anther dehiscence.Moreover,it summarized the current research on the regulation of anther development genes to try to provide a broader theoretical guidance and important candidate genes and plant materials for wheat male sterile line production,which was critical for the success for the hybrid system in wheat.
