二系杂交小麦混播制种产量与产量构成因素的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis between Seed Production Yield and Yield Components of Two-line-hybrid Wheat under Mixed Seeding Mode

为研究混播制种模式下二系杂交小麦不同组合制种产量变异和产量构成因素的关系,以期为高制种产量杂交小麦组合的筛选提供科学依据。研究在混播制种模式下,以不育系S1和7个恢复系R1~R7为试验材料,调查穗数、穗粒数和千粒质量等产量构成因素以及抽穗期、花期和株高相关农艺性状,通过相关分析研究不同杂交小麦组合制种产量与产量构成因素的关系,并进一步分析穗粒数与亲本农艺性状的关系。结果表明,穗粒数与组合亲本的抽穗期差和花期相遇期显著相关;组合亲本的抽穗期差和花期相遇期与组合穗粒数均呈显著相关,是穗粒数变异的主要因素,而穗粒数变异是这7个杂交小麦组合制种产量变异的主要因素。

The aim of the study was to provide scientific basis for obtaining high-yield combinations of two-line hybrid wheat,the yield factors affecting seed production level were analyzed under the mixed seed production mode.The experiment was conducted during 2018-2019,seven combinations including sterile lines S1 and seven restorer lines R1-R7 were used as experimental materials,their yield components,such as spikes number,grains number per spike,and thousand-grain quality,agronomic traits such as heading date,flowering date and plant height were measured.Correlations were measured between yield and yield components as spikes number,grains number per spike,and thousand-grain quality.Moreover,correlations were measured between the number of grains and the agronomic traits of the parents.The results showed that the grain number was highly correlated with the heading period and flowering period of the parents.The length heading period and flowering period of parents resulted in the large difference in the number of outcrossing grains among wheat combinations,which was the main factor for the variation of seed production yield of seven hybrid wheat combinations.
