钢管混凝土轨枕凹槽尺寸优化设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 钢管混凝土轨枕(CFT轨枕)的凹槽尺寸和位置设计需通过计算分析确定最优范围,从而进一步提高道床与轨枕块的结合性能。为研究钢管混凝土轨枕凹槽尺寸和位置变化对轨枕块和道床板受力性能的影响,建立钢管混凝土轨枕无砟轨道的三维有限元模型,分析在列车荷载和温度荷载同时作用下凹槽的长度、宽度、深度以及凹槽端部与轨枕端部距离、凹槽底面与轨枕底面距离取不同值时轨枕块和道床板受力性能的变化规律,同时确定合理的取值范围。研究结果表明:1)轨枕凹槽尺寸和位置的不同会对轨枕块和道床板的受力性能产生影响;2)当长度取值范围为300~340 mm,宽度为55~65 mm,深度为20~25 mm,端部距离为143~163 mm,底部距离为40~50 mm时,轨枕块和道床板应力值较小,受力最优。 The size and position design of the groove of concrete-filled steel tube(CFT)sleepers need to be determined through calculation and analysis to determine the optimal value to further improve the combining performance of the track bed and sleeper block.In order to study the influence of groove size and position on the mechanical performance of sleeper block,a three-dimensional finite element model of CFT sleeper and concrete slab was established.The variation law of the mechanical properties of sleeper block and slab under the action of train load and temperature load was analyzed when the CFT sleeper length,width,depth of the groove,the distance between groove end and sleeper end and the distance between the bottom of the groove and the bottom of the sleeper take different values.Meanwhile,the reasonable range of values were determined.The results are drawn as follows.(1)The size and position of the sleeper groove will affect the mechanical properties of the sleeper block and slab.(2)When length is 300~400 mm,width is 55~65 mm,depth is 20~25 mm,the distance between groove end and sleeper end is 133~135 mm,the distance between the bottom of the groove and the bottom of the sleeper is 40~45 mm,the sleeper block has small stress values and the best stress.
