摘要
为充分利用接触网的多维状态信息,实现接触网状态的准确判断,基于统计分析思想,以可靠度为依据对接触网的状态进行细分。以接触网寿命周期内各状态分布的置信度为依据,确定多元统计控制图中不同状态的控制限。将多元统计控制图由传统的二元判断拓展为多元判断,分析利用接触网参数建立多元统计控制图的3种方法。研究结果表明:多元统计控制图可将接触网的多维状态参数转化为一个统计量,状态判断更加简单直观,且对接触网参数的波动更灵敏,能更直观的显示出接触网状态变化的趋势。
In order to make full use of the multi-dimensional status information of the catenary and realize the accurate judgment of the catenary status,based on the statistical analysis idea,the status of the catenary was subdivided with reliability theory.Based on the confidence level,the control limits of different states in the multivariate statistical control chart were determined,and the multivariate statistical control chart was expanded from traditional binary judgment to multivariate judgment.Three methods for establishing multivariate statistical control charts using catenary parameters were analyzed.The analysis of the catenary inspection data shows that the multivariate statistical control chart can convert the multi-dimensional state parameters of the catenary into a statistic,the state judgment is simpler and more intuitive,and it is more sensitive to the fluctuations of the catenary parameters and trends in the status of the catenary can be displayed more intuitively.
