摘要
随着铁路建造技术与建造管理趋向信息化、协同化和智能化,铁路造价管理模式需进行优化和创新以契合铁路智能建造的发展需求。基于智能建造发展背景,探讨铁路智能建造技术、建造管理与造价管理的辩证关系,利用问卷调查和结构方程模型(SEM),对假设关系模型进行验证。基于验证结果,从管理理念、方法、手段和内容等方面,剖析铁路智能建造对造价计价、造价控制和造价管理绩效评价的影响,进而提出创新铁路智能建造造价管理模式的新需求,为构建适用于智能建造的铁路造价管理模式提供参考。
With the trend of informatization,coordination and intelligence of railway construction technology and construction management,the railway cost management mode needs to be optimized and innovated to meet the demand of railway intelligent construction development.Based on this background,the dialectical relationship between intelligent construction technology,construction management and cost management of railway was discussed.The hypothesis relation model was verified by questionnaire survey and structural equation model(SEM).Based on the verification results,the paper analyzed the influence of intelligent construction on cost valuation,cost control and cost management performance evaluation from management concept,method,means and content.Then the new requirements were put forward for innovation of the intelligent construction cost management mode of railway.The result can provide reference for building the railway cost management mode suitable for intelligent construction.
