摘要
职业能力关系着高职学前教育专业学生的就业和发展,影响着学前教育师资队伍的整体水平,更体现着高职院校人才培养的质量。然而,目前高职学前教育专业毕业生在职业素养、专业技能、工作胜任力等方面还存在不少问题,教师职业能力与教育需求侧结构性改革的需求相矛盾。依据成果导向理论,从建立职业认同感、加强课程建设、推进教学改革、形成科学有效的实习实训管理与评估体系是提升学生职业能力的关键所在。
The status of vocational ability is related to the employment and development of the students of preschool education,affects the overall level of the preschool teachers,and embodies the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.At present,however,there are still many problems in the aspects of professional accomplishment,professional skills and job competence of the graduates of preschool education major.According to the result-oriented theory,it is the key to improve students'vocational ability to establish the professional identity,strengthen the course construction,promote the teaching reform,and form a scientific and effective management and evaluation system of practical training.
