摘要
针对薄弱民办幼儿园在园本教研的制度、内容、过程、保障等方面都存在管理不规范的现象,从“制度推进,结对联动”“内容选择,扬长避短”“过程开展,真研真学”“保障机制,内生激励”四大方面入手,多方位构建园本教研管理机制,以促进薄弱民办幼儿园园本教研良性开展。
In weak private kindergartens,there are irregular management in the system,content,process,as well as security and other aspects of kindergarten-based teaching and research.In view of these phenomena,this paper starts from four aspects,including“system advancement,pair linkage”,“content selection,fostering strengths to make up for weaknesses”,“process development,true study”,and“guarantee first,assessment and incentive”,to construct the kindergarten-based teaching and research mechanism in various ways in order to promote the benign development of kindergarten-based teaching and research in weak private kindergartens.
