摘要
新时代对高校师德建设提出了新的要求,但是高校教师存在的师德失范现象仍不容忽视,究其原因,高校师德评价指标体系不完善是一个重要的因素。从德性发展是新时代高校师德建设这一内在要求谈起,基于当前高校师德评价指标呈现平面化、静态化的现实困惑,鉴于个人平衡计分卡理论与教师德性发展的契合点,将教师德性发展作为目标,从教师在师德建设中的主体性和能动性的发挥入手,以“信念坚定、赢得尊敬和认可、终身学习、专业发展”作为一级指标,构建了促进德性发展的高校师德评价指标框架。
The new era puts forward new requirements for the construction of teachers'ethics in colleges and universities,but the anomie of teachers'ethics still cannot be ignored.The imperfect evaluation index is an important factor.Starting from the inherent requirement that the development of morality is the construction of teachers'ethics in colleges and universities in the new era,this paper is based on the current confusion of flat and static evaluation index of teachers'ethics,and takes teachers'ethics development as the goal in view of the integrating point between the theory of personal balanc ed scorecard and the development of teachers'ethics.From the angle of teachers'subjectivity and initiative in the construction of teachers'ethics,this paper constructs the framework of evaluation index for teachers'ethics in colleges and universities,with“strong convictions,winning respect and recognition,lifelong learning,and professional development”as the primary indicators.
