微血管减压术与经皮穿刺半月节球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛患者术后口周疱疹和咀嚼肌无力的发生率的比较

Comparison of incidence rates of postoperative peristomatous herpes and masticatory muscle weakness between microvascular decompression and percutaneous gasserian ganglion balloon compression for treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia

目的比较微血管减压术与经皮穿刺半月节球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛患者术后口周疱疹和咀嚼肌无力的发生率。方法回顾性分析94例三叉神经痛患者的临床资料,根据手术方法将患者分为A组(经微血管减压术治疗)61例与B组(经皮穿刺半月节球囊压迫术治疗)33例。比较术后3 d两组患者口周疱疹、咀嚼肌无力的发生率。结果A组患者术后3 d口周疱疹、咀嚼肌无力的发生率均低于B组(均P<0.05)。结论相较于经皮穿刺半月节球囊压迫术,微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛患者术后口周疱疹、咀嚼肌无力的发生率更低。

Objective To compare the incidence rates of postoperative peristomatous herpes and masticatory muscle weakness between microvascular decompression and percutaneous gasserian ganglion balloon compression for the treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia.Methods The clinical data of 94 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were analyzed retrospectively.According to the operation approach,the patients were divided into group A(61 cases treated with microvascular decompression)and group B(33 cases treated with percutaneous gasserian ganglion balloon compression).The incidence rates of peristomatous herpes and masticatory muscle weakness were compared between the two groups three days after the operation.Results The incidence rates of peristomatous herpes and masticatory muscle weakness within 3 days after the operation in group A were lower than those in group B(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with percutaneous gasserian ganglion balloon compression,microvascular decompression yields lower incidence rates of postoperative peristomatous herpes and masticatory muscle weakness in the treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia.
