摘要
以4-溴-1,8-萘二甲酸酐为原料,通过氨解、肼解等反应步骤合成了受体化合物L。采用荧光滴定法研究了受体L与甲醛间的相互作用情况,结果表明,受体L表现出对甲醛较好的识别作用,检出限为6.05×10^(-6) mol/L。通过核磁滴定实验验证了受体L与甲醛之间的作用机制,即L中的肼基(-NHNH_(2))与甲醛缩合形成腙,导致体系荧光增强。
Receptor compound L was synthesized vir ammonolysis and hydrazinolysis reaction from 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalene dicarboxylic anhydride.The interaction between formaldehyde and L was explored through fluorescence titration method.The results showed that L represents good recognition performance on formaldehyde,and the detection limit was 6.05×10^(-6) mol/L.The interaction mechanism between formaldehyde and L was verified by ^(1)H NMR titration experiment:hydrazone has been formed from the condensation of hydrazine group(-NHNH_(2))in L with formaldehyde,which leads to the fluorescence enhancement.
