二苯乙烯苷对血糖波动性糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂及肾脏功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察二苯乙烯苷(TSG)对血糖波动性糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂及肾脏功能的影响。方法将40只小鼠分为正常对照组(A组)、正常血糖波动TSG治疗组(B组)、血糖波动性糖尿病组(C组)、血糖波动性糖尿病TSG治疗组(D组),每组10只。C组、D组小鼠给予腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病小鼠模型,建模成功后再给予B组、C组、D组小鼠腹腔注射葡萄糖,30 min后,给予C组、D组小鼠皮下注射普通胰岛素1~3 U,建立血糖波动性糖尿病小鼠模型,在此基础上,B组、D组小鼠给予灌胃50 mg/kg TSG,连续干预8周。干预8周后,比较4组小鼠的体重、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、血肌酐、血尿素氮的水平,以及平均血糖(MBG)水平、血糖水平标准差(SDBG)、最大血糖波动幅度(LAGE)。结果干预8周后,C组与D组小鼠的体重均轻于A组与B组,空腹血糖、MBG、SDBG、LAGE及血清HbA1c、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、血肌酐、血尿素氮水平均高于A组与B组,且C组的空腹血糖、MBG、SDBG、LAGE及血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、血肌酐、血尿素氮水平均高于D组(均P<0.05);而C组与D组、A组与B组之间的体重及血清HbA1c水平比较,以及A组与B组之间的空腹血糖、MBG、SDBG、LAGE及血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、血肌酐、血尿素氮水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论TSG可降低血糖波动性糖尿病小鼠的血糖与血脂水平,保护其肾脏功能。 Objective To observe the effects of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glycoside(TSG)on blood glucose,blood lipid and renal functions in diabetic mice with blood glucose fluctuation.Methods Forty mice were divided into normal control group(group A),normal blood glucose fluctuation and TSG treatment group(group B),diabetes with blood glucose fluctuation group(group C)and diabetes with blood glucose fluctuation and TSG treatment group(group D),with 10 mice in each group.Mice in groups C and D were given an intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin to develop mice models of diabetes,then mice in groups B,C and D were injected with glucose intraperitoneally after successful modeling,30 minutes later,mice in groups C and D were injected subcutaneously with 1-3 U of ordinary insulin to establish mice models of diabetes with blood glucose fluctuation.Besides,mice in groups B and D were intervened by intragastric administration of 50 mg/kg TSG for eight consecutive weeks.After eight weeks of intervention,mice′s body weight,FBG,hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),TC,TG,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels,as well as mean blood glucose(MBG)level,standard deviation of blood glucose(SDBG)and largest amplitude of glycemic excursions(LAGE),were compared among the four groups.Results After eight weeks of intervention,body weight of mice was lower,FBG,MBG,SDBG and LAGE were increased,and serum HbA1c,TC,TG,creatinine and BUN levels were higher in groups C and D than in groups A and B;moreover,group C exhibited elevated FBG,MBG,SDBG and LAGE,and higher serum TC,TG,creatinine and BUN levels than group D(all P<0.05);no statistically significant difference was found in body weight or serum HbA1c level between group C and group D,or between group A and group B;FBG,MBG,SDBG,LAGE,serum TC,TG,creatinine or BUN level did not show statistically significant difference between group A and group B(all P>0.05).Conclusion TSG can reduce blood glucose and blood lipid levels in diabetic mice with blood glucose fluctuation and protect their renal functions.
