大剂量门冬酰胺酶治疗儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病安全性探讨

Safety of High Dose Asparaginase in the Treatment of Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

目的探讨大剂量门冬酰胺酶治疗儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的安全性。方法使用回顾分析方法,对中、高危急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿以新华99方案及TOTAL-XV两种不同门冬酰胺酶使用剂量的化疗方案为分组,历史比较两组门冬酰胺酶相关不良反应事件发生率。结果两组在过敏反应、肝功能异常、低白蛋白血症、胰腺炎、凝血功能异常及神经系统症状等两组均无显著差异。结论使用大剂量门冬酰胺酶化疗是安全的。

Objective To investigate the safety of high-dose asparaginase in the treatment of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Methods Using retrospective analysis methods,children with intermediate and high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia were divided into groups by Xinhua 99 regimen and TOTAL-XV with two different asparaginase dosage chemotherapy regimens,and historically compared the two groups of asparaginase-related adverse events Incidence rate.Results There was no significant difference in allergic reaction,liver dysfunction,hypoalbuminemia,pancreatitis,coagulation dysfunction and neurological symptoms between the two groups.Conclusion High dose asparaginase chemotherapy is safe and effective.
