分析根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎及根尖炎患者的疗效

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Root Canal Therapy on Patients with Pulpitis and Periapical Periodontitis

目的分析根管治疗术用于牙髓炎及根尖炎患者治疗中的临床疗效。方法以2016年11月至2019年6月为研究起止时间,收集此时段我院牙体牙髓科及特诊科接纳的牙髓炎、根尖炎患者共120例,以收治先后顺序排序,抽取前60例列入一次性治疗组,抽取后60例列入多次治疗组,一次性治疗组给予一次性根管治疗术,多次治疗组给予多次根管治疗术治疗,评估对比两组整体疗效,评估治疗3 d后患者疼痛情况并量化评估疼痛发生情况,对比两组填充效果。结果术后7 d VAS评分对比中,两组评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗7 d后疼痛量化评估中,一次性治疗组疼痛发生率较多次治疗组显著更高(P<0.05),两组整体治疗有效率对比无明显差异(P>0.05),填充效果观察中,组间恰填率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙髓炎及根尖炎采用根管治疗术疗效显著,不同根管治疗术疗效无明显差异,但从治疗便捷的优点考虑,可优先考虑给予患者一次性根管治疗术。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of root canal therapy in the treatment of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis by Department of Dentistry and Endodontics and VIP Clinic of our hospital were collected during the study period from November 2016 to June 2019.The first 60 cases were taken into the one-time treatment group and the other 60 cases were taken into multiple treatment groups.The one-time treatment group gave one-time root canal treatment,the multiple treatment group gave multiple root canal treatment,evaluated the overall efficacy of the two groups,assessed the pain situation in the treatment of 7 days patients and quantitatively assessed the pain occurrence,compared the two groups of filling effects.Results VAS scores at 7 days after treatment showed that was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In the quantitative evaluation of pain after treatment of 3 days,the incidence of pain of one-time treatment group was significantly higher than that of multiple treatment groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the overall treatment efficiency(P>0.05).In the observation of filling effect,there was no statistical significance in the comparison group(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference between different root canal treatments,however the advantages of convenient treatment which is priority to give patients one-time root canal treatment.
