妇科宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术的护理配合

Nursing Cooperation of Gynecological Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy Combined Operation

目的探讨妇科宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术的护理配合。方法选择我院2019年1月至2020年10月收治的76例宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术患者,按照护理方式的不同将其分成试验组和对照组,各38例。对照组患者采取常规的护理模式,试验组患者在对照组患者的基础上加用联合优质护理。观察两组患者的治疗时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度以及护理效果。结果护理后,试验组患者的治疗时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,护理配合有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科患者实施宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术优质护理模式能够缩短患者的治疗时间,降低并发症的发生概率,提高配合有效率。

Objective To explore the nursing cooperation of gynecological hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients with hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and reference group according to different nursing methods,with 38 patients in each group.The patients in the reference group took the conventional nursing mode,and the patients in the experimental group increased the application of combined high-quality nursing on the basis of the patients in the reference group.Observation of two groups of patients treatment time,complication rate,nursing satisfaction and nursing cooperation effect.Results After nursing,the treatment time of patients in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the effective rate of nursing cooperation was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality nursing mode of hysteroscopic and laparoscopic combined surgery for gynecological patients can reduce the treatment time of patients,reduce the probability of complications,improve the efficiency of coordination.
