人文关怀在恢复期精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Humanistic Care in Convalescent Schizophrenia Nursing

目的探究人文关怀在恢复期精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果。方法本次试验对象全部选自本院2018年4月至2019年7月收治的100例患者,根据不同的护理干预方式分成试验组和对照组,每组50例。实施基础护理者为对照组,主要包括用药指导、睡眠护理、饮食指导、日常生活护理、安全护理等;在此基础上实施人文关怀护理干预者为试验组,主要包括加强人文关怀培训、环境舒适护理、知识阶段教育、心理疏导、日常行为干预、运动练习等。分析两种护理方式对患者产生的影响。结果干预前,试验组和对照组患者的IPRO评分以及SDSS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组IPROS评分、SDSS评分分别为(87.54±2.66)分、(6.77±1.11)分,对照组分别为(94.56±2.54)分、(10.22±0.87)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后家务工作、社交能力、生活能力、兴趣爱好评分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恢复期精神分裂症患者在护理过程中应用人文关怀,有助于改善其精神症状,提升生活能力。

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care in the nursing of convalescent schizophrenia.Methods All the subjects selected from our hospital between April 2018 and July 2019,admitted during the period of 100 patients as the research object,by the different way of nursing intervention were divided into experimental group and the control group of 50 cases in each group,the implementation of basic nursing for the control group,mainly includes the guidelines,sleep care nursing,safety nursing,diet guidance,daily life,etc.;On this basis,humanistic care nursing intervention was implemented for the experimental group,mainly including strengthening humanistic care training,environmental comfort nursing,knowledge education,psychological counseling,daily behavior intervention,sports practice,etc.Analyze the influence of two kinds of nursing methods on patients.Results There was no significant difference in IPRO score and SDSS score between the experimental group and the control group before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,IPRO score and SDSS score of the experimental group were(87.54±2.66)and(6.77±1.11)points,while those of the control group were(94.56±2.54)and(10.22±0.87)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in scores of housework,social ability,life function and hobbies between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in the nursing of convalescent schizophrenia is helpful to improve its mental symptoms and life function.
