分析急性心肌梗死行急诊PCI的全程介入护理效果

Analysis of the Whole Nursing Effect of PCI in Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的研究急性心肌梗死性急诊PCI的全程介入护理效果。方法以2016年6月至2018年9月我院急诊科收治的急性心肌梗死患者110例为研究对象。以患者入院顺序分组,全程介入组55例,常规组55例,所有患者均接受急诊PCI治疗。在此基础上,常规组接受常规护理,全程介入组则接受全程介入护理。评估两组患者护理后焦虑、抑郁情况,记录患者心律失常发生情况、心肌梗死复发情况,收集统计患者护理依从性,调查评估患者生活质量。结果全程介入组SAS评分、SDS评分对比常规组明显更低(P<0.05),依从率显著更高(P<0.05)。全程介入组多项生活质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05),心肌梗死复发率、心律失常发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗患者接受急诊PCI治疗过程中,给予患者全程介入护理可有效减少心肌梗死复发及心心律失常发生,利于提高患者生活质量及护理依从性,改善其不良情绪。

Objective To study the nursing effect of PCI in acute myocardial infarction.Methods One hundred and ten patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from June 2016 to September 2018 were studied.The patients were grouped according to the order in which they were admitted.There were 55 cases in the full intervention group and 55 cases in the routine group.All patients received emergency PCI treatment.On this basis,the routine group received routine care,and the full intervention group received full intervention care.Evaluate the anxiety and depression of the two groups of patients after nursing,record the occurrence of arrhythmia and the recurrence of myocardial infarction,collect statistics on the patient's nursing compliance,and investigate and evaluate the quality of life of the patients.Results The SAS score and SDS score of the full intervention group were significantly lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05),and the compliance rate was significantly higher(P<0.05).Many quality of life scores in the full intervention group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of myocardial infarction and the incidence of arrhythmia were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of emergency PCI treatment for patients with acute myocardial infarction,the full intervention of nursing can effectively reduce the recurrence of myocardial infarction and cardiac arrhythmias,and improve the quality of life and compliance of nursing and improve their adverse emotions.
