个性化护理在慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者中的应用

Application of Personalized Nursing in Patients with Chronic Gastritis and Peptic Ulcer

目的研究个性化护理应用在慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡患者当中所发挥的护理效果。方法回顾性分析2019年4月至2021年1月来我院治疗的78例慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者的临床资料。其中通过常规护理的患者39例,设为对照组,通过个性化护理的患者39例,设为观察组,统计两组患者的临床结局等资料,并进行比较。结果(1)护理后,观察组患者的胃肠道功能评分明显低于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。(2)观察组的满意度明显比对照组更高,(94.87%vs76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将个性化护理应用在慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者护理中可以有效的促进患者胃肠道功能的改善,促使患者对护理更加满意,值得推荐。

Objective To study the application of personalized nursing care in patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer.Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer who came to our hospital for treatment from April 2019 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,39 patients who received routine care were set as the control group,and 39 patients who received personalized care were set as the observation group.The clinical outcome and other data of the two groups of patients were counted and compared.Results(1)After nursing,the gastrointestinal function score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).(2)The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,(94.87%vs.76.92%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer can effectively promote the improvement of the gastrointestinal function of the patients,and promote the patients to be more satisfied with the nursing.It is worth recommending.
