摘要
分子标记和分子辅助育种(MAS)广泛应用于大豆的育种工作。相较传统育种,分子辅助育种(MAS)高效快速的特点成为其优势。随着大豆基因组学、蛋白组学、代谢组学以及表型组学的研究,大量重要农艺性状相关基因被鉴定,将这些遗传位点开发成分子标记,结合分子辅助育种,可以快速得到所预期的大豆品种。为了详细了解分子标记的应用范围,综述收集了 2021年分子标记和分子辅助育种在大豆上的研究报告,希望能为大豆研究者提供一些有益信息。
Molecular markers and molecular assisted breeding(MAS)were widely introduced in soybean breeding.Molecular assisted breeding(MAS)has the advantages of high efficiency and rapidity over traditional breeding.A large number of important agronomic traits related genes were identified with the research of soybean genomics,proteomics,metabolomics and phonemics.These genetic loci could be developed into molecular markers combined with molecular assisted breeding to quickly obtain the expected soybean varieties.Appreciating the application scope of molecular markers in detail,this review collected the research reports of molecular markers and molecular assisted breeding on soybean in 2021,hoping to provide some ideas for soybean researchers.
