摘要
人参皂苷是人参中主要的活性成分,具有多种功能,被认为具有治疗人类疾病的潜在价值,包括抗炎、抗癌、创伤愈合、心血管保护和神经保护。本文分析了人参皂苷对阿尔茨海默病、认知障碍、缺血性脑卒中、帕金森病和抑郁症等疾病的神经药理作用及其作用机制,以期为上述疾病的临床治疗提供参考。
Ginsenoside is the main active ingredient in ginseng,which has a variety of functions and is considered to have potential value in the treatment of human diseases,including anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,wound healing,cardiovascular protection and neuroprotection.The pharmacological effects of ginsenosides on Alzheimer's disease,cognitive impairment,ischemic stroke,Parkinson's disease and depression and their mechanisms were analyzed in this paper,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of these diseases.
