摘要
葛根素是中药葛根的主要活性成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降胆固醇保肝、神经保护、缓解细胞凋亡、促进细胞增殖分化预防或减轻细胞损伤等作用。临床以中药复方的形式多应用于糖尿病疾病、胃肠道疾病、心血管疾病等治疗中,且仍具有很大的研究价值。
Puerarin is the main active component of Pueraria lobata,which has the effects of anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,cholesterol lowering,liver protection,nerve protection,alleviating apoptosis,promoting cell proliferation and differentiation,preventing or reducing cell damage and so on.It is widely used in the treatment of diabetic diseases,gastrointestinal diseases,cardiovascular diseases and so on,and it still has great research value.
