消毒药实验室筛选及其非洲猪瘟复产前空猪舍临床消毒使用效果评价 被引量:3

Disinfectants Screening and Evaluation of Clinical Disinfection Effects in Empty Pigsty Polluted by African Swine Fever Virus

摘要 针对目前现存的养猪场面对非洲猪瘟疫情形势选择合适有效消毒药的困扰,研究基于很多猪场在非洲猪瘟后升级建有小型实验室的情况下,利用简单实验室条件进行药敏试验筛选不同品种的消毒药,结合非洲猪瘟复产的空猪舍进行现场试验和消毒效果评价检测,以期能够筛选出消毒效果较好的消毒药。结果发现,在中等浓度1∶3000条件下,消毒药A(过氧乙酸)对革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌抑菌效果最好;在高浓度1∶100条件下,消毒药D(戊二醛苯扎氯铵)对猪舍环境临床消毒杀菌效果最好。该研究结果表明,在生产上进行消毒时,要针对消毒目的来对消毒药类型及浓度进行选择,达到经济有效消毒、减少环境污染和对动物的伤害的目的,同时也为生产上利用简单试验条件为临床上筛选消毒药及消毒效果评价提供参考方法。 In view of choosing suitable and effective disinfectants for African Swine Fever(referred to as ASF)in hoggeries,we carried out drug sensitivity test for different kinds of disinfectants in simple laboratory conditions,combining disinfection effect evaluation in empty pigsty with ASF.The results showed that the disinfectant A(peracetic acid)had the best antibacterial effect on Gram-negative bacteria under the medium concentration of 1∶3000;the disinfectant D(glutaraldehyde benzalkonium chloride)had the best clinical disinfection to piggery environment under the high concentration of 1∶100.It was concluded that the variety and concentration of disinfectants should be selected aimed at the clinical application in production,which could help achieve economic and effective disinfection,reduce environmental pollution and animal injury.Our study provided a reference method for screening disinfectants and evaluation of disinfection effect under simple experimental conditions.
