非洲猪瘟压力下北疆部分地区猪伪狂犬病抗体水平的检测与分析

摘要 为了解非洲猪瘟压力下新疆部分地区猪伪狂犬病的抗体水平,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对采集的717份猪血清进行了伪狂犬病gB蛋白(PRV-gB)、伪狂犬病gE蛋白(PRV-gE)抗体检测。结果显示,PRV-gB阳性率为94.03%(583/620),各猪场阳性率都超过了84.00%,各猪群阳性率都超过了86.00%;PRV-gE阳性率为43.23%(310/717),各猪场都存在猪伪狂犬病病毒感染情况,各猪群中后备猪阳性率最高,为64.86%(48/74)。试验结果可为该地区猪伪狂犬病的流行病学调查提供参考,也可为免疫程序的调整提供帮助。 In order to understand the antibody levels of pig pseudorabies in some parts of Xinjiang under the pressure of African swine fever,717 pig serum collected for gB protein(PRV-gB)and PRV-gE were tested by the enzyme-linked immunosorption test(ELISA).The results showed that the PRV-gB positive rate was 94.03%(583/620),the positive rate of each pig farm exceeded 84.00%,and the positive rate of each pig group exceeded 86.00%.The PRV-gE positive rate was 43.23%(310/717),with pig pseudorabies virus infection,and the highest reserve pig positive rate,64.86%(48/74).The experimental results can provide reference to the epidemiological investigation of pig pseudorabies in the region or help in the adjustment of immune procedures.
