摘要 新冠疫情发生以来,如何快速进行核酸采集一直是医院特别关注的问题。为了提高核酸采集工作效率,减轻医务人员工作量,避免交叉感染,医院从实际情况出发,分析和研究核酸采集的流程和功能,充分利用信息化手段,设计出满足医院需求的核酸采集信息系统。系统上线后,医院快速完成了疫情防控点的核酸采集任务,真正实现了让数据多跑路、患者少跑腿的应用效果,实现了两院区发热门诊和院外采集点一体化管理,解决了院外核酸采集速度慢、排队等候时间长、数据共享等问题。 Since the invention of novel coronavirus,how to quickly collect nucleic acid has always been a particular concern of the hospital.In order to improve the efficiency of nucleic acid collection,reduce the workload of medical staff and avoid cross infection,the hospital analyzes and studies the process and function of nucleic acid collection from the actual situation,and makes full use of information technology to design a nucleic acid collection information system to meet the needs of the hospital.When the system goes live,the hospital quickly completed the nucleic acid collection task at the epidemic prevention and control points,it really realizes the application effect of making data run more and patients run less,it has realized the integrated management of fever outpatient service and collection points outside the hospital,it solves problems such as slow nucleic acid collection speed,long waiting time in queue and data sharing.
