摘要
IL-17通过刺激抗微生物肽、促炎性细胞因子及趋化因子的释放,在宿主对抗外界病原体的固有免疫防御机制中发挥重要作用,参与多种慢性炎症性皮肤病及自身免疫性皮肤病的发病机制;其在炎症和自身免疫性皮肤病中的作用已被广泛报道,而在肿瘤性皮肤病的作用仍存在争议。本文现就IL-17在参与银屑病、特应性皮炎(AD)、白癜风、系统性红斑狼疮、恶性黑色素瘤常见皮肤病中的作用进行综述。
IL-17 plays an important role in the innate immune defense mechanism of host against external pathogens by stimulating the release of antimicrobial peptides,pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines,and participates in the pathogenesis of various chronic inflammatory skin diseases and autoimmune skin diseases.Its role in inflammation and autoimmune skin diseases has been widely reported,but its role in tumor skin diseases is still controversial.This paper reviews the role of IL-17 in psoriasis,atopic dermatitis(AD),vitiligo,systemic lupus erythematosus and malignant melanoma.
