摘要
目的研究可吸收螺钉与金属螺钉内固定修复踝关节骨折的生物相容性及对踝关节功能的影响。方法选取2020年3月-2021年3月在我院诊治的64例踝关节骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组采用金属螺钉进行内固定,观察组采用可吸收螺钉固定。比较两组手术时间、疼痛评分、骨折愈合时间、骨折愈合优良率、踝关节功能评分、踝关节活动度及并发症发生情况。结果两组手术时间、疼痛评分、骨折愈合时间及骨折愈合优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组踝关节功能评分、踝关节背伸和跖屈度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率为9.37%,与对照组的12.50%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与金属螺钉内固定修复踝关节骨折比较,可吸收螺钉可获得相似的修复效果,有效恢复踝关节功能,促进骨折愈合,且具有良好的生物相容性,可避免二次手术取出内固定物,值得临床应用。
Objective To study the biocompatibility of absorbable screws and metal screws in the repair of ankle fractures and their effects on ankle function.Methods A total of 64 patients with ankle fracture who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was fixed with metal screws,and the observation group was fixed with absorbable screws.The operation time,pain score,fracture healing time,excellent and good rate of fracture healing,ankle joint function score,ankle joint activity and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,pain score,fracture healing time and excellent and good rate of fracture healing between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in ankle function score,ankle dorsiflexion and plantar flexion between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.37%,which was compared 12.50%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with metal screw internal fixation for ankle fracture,absorbable screw can achieve similar repair effect,effectively restore ankle function,promote fracture healing,and has good biocompatibility.It can avoid secondary surgery to remove internal fixation,which is worthy of clinical application.
