责任制护理在腹股沟疝手术室护理中的应用及对患者QOL评分的影响

Application of Responsibility Nursing in Inguinal Hernia Operation Room Nursing and its Effect on QOL Score

目的探讨责任制护理在腹股沟疝手术室护理中的应用及对患者QOL评分的影响。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月于我院行手术治疗的腹股沟疝患者76例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组38例。对照组实施传统护理,研究组实施责任制护理,比较两组手术指标、满意度、疾病复发情况、并发症情况及生活质量改善情况。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度为94.74%,高于对照组的76.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组疾病复发率、并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组SF-36中一般状况、精神健康、生理职能、生理机能、躯体疼痛评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹股沟疝手术室护理中应用责任制护理,能够提高患者满意度,有效缩短患者住院时间、手术时间,降低疾病复发率,减少术后并发症发生率,提高患者的术后生活质量。

Objective To explore the application of responsibility nursing in operating room nursing of inguinal hernia and its influence on QOL score.Methods A total of 76 patients with inguinal hernia who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,while the study group received responsibility nursing.The operation indexes,satisfaction,disease recurrence,complications and quality of life improvement of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,ambulation time and hospitalization time of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was 94.74%,which was higher than 76.82%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and complication rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The general condition,mental health,physiological function,physiological function and body pain score of SF-36 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of responsibility nursing in the nursing of inguinal hernia operation room can improve patient satisfaction,effectively shorten the hospitalization time and operation time of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of diseases,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the postoperative quality of life of patients.
