重返对话:网络群体极化现象化解路径研究

Returning to Dialogue: The Pathway to Resolving Internet Group Polarization

互联网的出现满足了人类沟通交流几乎所有的想象,民众获得了空前的表达、交往机会,但人类并没有因此在更高程度上达成共识,反而坠入到"后真相时代""信息茧房"的陷阱。与之相伴的是,群体极化从小群体扩展到公众舆论层面,触发对抗,不断放大社会发展过程中的撕裂与分歧。本文尝试从对话理论这一视角出发,通过透视网络群体极化现象及其原因,进而得出新的结论,提出重返对话是化解网络群体极化现象的重要路径。

The emergence of the Internet has met almost all the imagination of human communication, and people have obtained unprecedented opportunities for expression and communication. However, human beings have not reached a consensus to a higher degree, but fall into the trap of "post-truth era" and "Information Cocoons". Accompanied by this, group polarization has expanded from a small group to the level of public opinion, triggering confrontation, and constantly amplifying the tearing and disagreement in the process of social evolution. This article attempts to start from the perspective of dialogue theory, through the perspective of the phenomenon of online group polarization and its causes, and then draw a new conclusion that returning to dialogue is the only way to resolve the phenomenon of online group polarization.
