为了更好地解决目前市面上单一风淋室效率低、出现故障时可会能影响正常生产的难题,文中将风淋室原来的单进单出模式改为双进双出模式,并采用PLC作为控制核心,保证系统的稳定性。

In order to better solve the problem of low efficiency of a single air shower on the market,which may affect normal production when a failure occurs,this article changes the original single-in single-out mode of air shower to double-in and double-out mode,and adopts PLC as the control core to ensure the stability of the system.
