摘要
车身扭转刚度是车身结构的重要性能之一,是决定车身轻量化系数、NVH性能的重要指标,是车身性能设计的重点和难点。文中采用拓扑优化和长度敏感性方法实现了结构胶的最优化设计,通过拓扑优化准确识别结构胶的设计位置,基于长度敏感性方法进一步确定结构胶的最有效长度,最终仿真分析验证了方案的有效性。
The torsional stiffness of the car body is one of the important properties of the car body structure.It is an important index that determines the lightweight coefficient and NVH performance of the car body.This paper uses topology optimization and length sensitivity methods to achieve the optimal design of the structural adhesive.The position of the structural adhesive is accurately identified through the topology optimization,and the most effective length of the structural adhesive is further determined based on the length sensitivity method.The final simulation analysis verifies the effectiveness of the structural adhesive scheme.
