摘要 基于对流传热理论,使用Flotherm建立老化炉热流场模型;选择合理的因素水平,通过正交试验,进行数值仿真及极差分析,获得较优水平组合;通过实测温度与优化前的温度进行比较分析。结果表明:温度场分布均匀度比原来提高56.1%,验证了数值模拟的可行性和优化方案的有效性。 Based on the theory of convective heat transfer,Flotherm is used to establish the heat flow field model of aging furnace;the reasonable factor level is selected,the numerical simulation and range analysis are carried out through orthogonal experiment,and the optimal level combination is obtained;the measured temperature is compared with the temperature before optimization.The results show that the uniformity of temperature distribution is 56.1%higher than that of the original,which verifies the feasibility of numerical simulation and the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.
