摘要
介绍了一种面向沉淀池的投入式超声波泥位测量系统,该系统硬件由STM32G071KBT6主控芯片及其外围电路、由MOS管和变压器搭建的超声波发射电路、由限幅、放大和带通滤波组成的超声波接收电路、RS485串口通信电路、DS18B20温度补偿电路和OLED显示电路组成,软件算法包括系统初始化设置、发射PWM波、CAP输入捕获、ADC采集、死区设置、希尔伯特变换求包络、阈值法确定回波起点和数字滤波等,并在实验室进行了温度、精度和稳定性实验。实验结果表明:该投入式超声波泥位测量系统具有较高的测量精度,绝对误差≤4 mm,相对误差≤0.2%,系统运行稳定,满足沉淀池泥位测量的工程应用需求。
A throw-in type ultrasonic mud level measurement system for sedimentation tanks is introduced.The system hardware includes STM32G071KBT6 main control chip and its peripheral circuits,ultrasonic transmitter circuit built by MOS tube and transformer,ultrasonic receiver circuit with limited amplitude,amplification and band-pass filtering,RS485 serial communication circuit,DS18B20 temperature compensation circuit and OLED display circuit.Software algorithms include system initialization settings,PWM wave emission,CAP input capture,ADC acquisition,dead zone setting,Hilbert transform to find envelope,threshold method to determine the echo starting point and digital filtering.Temperature,accuracy and stability experiments are carried out in the laboratory.The experimental results show that the throw-in type ultrasonic mud level measurement system has high measurement accuracy,the absolute error is less than 4 mm,the relative error is less than 0.2%,the system runs stably,and meets the engineering application requirements of sedimentation tank mud level measurement.
