缩短水射流实验调压时间的改进方法

摘要 人工调节泵压时间长,导致现有水射流实验时效低。分析发现人工调阀稳定性差、操作与信息不同步是导致终压段调压时间过长的主要原因,为此设计研制了机械手,通过与电动机匹配进行控制调阀,并将调阀控制与数据信息进行集成,实现了对高压水射流泵压的远程控制和精细调节。经测试,该装置使单套实验平均调压时间下降55%,节省电量28.5 kW·h,节省水量2.05 m^(3)。该装置的运用提高了泵压调节的控制精度,降低了人员劳动强度、实验周期和成本,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。同时整套装置结构简单、成本投入低、可靠性强,能有效解决人工调阀的不方便与不安全,具有一定的推广价值。 The long time of artificial pressure adjusting results in low efficiency of water jet experiment.It is found that the poor stability of the manual valve and the non synchronization of operation and information are the main reasons for the long time of pressure adjusting in the final pressure step.Therefore,a manipulator is designed and developed to control the valve by matching with the motor,and the valve control and data information are integrated to realize the remote control and fine regulation of the high-pressure water jet pump pressure.After testing,the device can reduce the average voltage regulation time of a single set of experiments by 55%,save 28.5 kW·h of electricity and 2.05 m^(3) of water.The application of the device improves the control accuracy of pump pressure regulation,reduces the labor intensity,test cycle and cost of personnel,and has better social and economic benefits.At the same time,the whole set of device has simple structure,low cost investment,strong reliability,can effectively solve the inconvenience and insecurity of manual valve adjustment,and has certain popularization value.
