摘要
基于MATLAB GUI建立了渐开线曲线数学模型,实现了基于MATLAB和CATIA交错环境下渐开线齿轮参数化建模,对比剖析CATIA相关命令原理,纠正了在斜齿轮建模时一种易犯的错误。基于某新型汽车变速箱行星轮系相关参数,建立了行星轮与太阳轮的三维数模,验证了建模方法的可行性。研究结果表明,建模思路方法切实可行,并为减速器有限元分析仿真奠定了基础。
Based on MATLAB GUI,the mathematical model of involute curve is established and the parametric modeling of involute gear under the combination environment of MATLAB and CATIA is realized.The relevant command principles of CATIA are compared and analyzed,and an easy error in helical gear modeling is corrected.Based on the relevant parameters of the planetary gear train of a new automobile transmission,the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the planetary gear and the sun gear is established,and the feasibility of the modeling method is verified.The results show that the process design is practical and lays a solid foundation for later for the finite element analysis and simulation of the reducer.
