摘要
为了实现高黏度黄油加注时的黄油枪口出油的连续性,保证输出黄油的稳定性。文中设计了一种新型电动高压黄油加注设备,该高压电动黄油加注设备主要针对的是黏稠度更高的黄油;该设备采用非对称式的搅拌叶片搅拌黄油,设计双油路高压出油的方式的偏心轮出油装置(柱塞泵),能更好地完成固态的黄油搅拌及输送,并根据新型电动高压黄油加注机加注要求,计算出电动机转速,进一步计算出电动机功率,选择合适的电动机,完成新型电动高压黄油加注设备对高黏度黄油的搅拌及输送,保证其正常运行及比较持久的油压输出能力。
In order to achieve the continuity of grease muzzle oil output during high-viscosity grease filling and ensure the stability of the grease output,a new type of electric high-pressure grease filling equipment is designed.The high-pressure electric grease filling equipment is mainly for grease with higher viscosity.Asymmetrical mixing blades is used to stir the grease,and the eccentric oil discharge device(plunger pump)which uses dual oil circuits for high pressure oil discharge is designed.This equipment can better mix and convey solid grease.According to the filling requirements of the new electric high-voltage grease filling machine,the motor speed is calculated,the motor power is further calculated,and the appropriate rotating motor is selected.The new type of electric high-pressure grease filling equipment can mix and transport high-viscosity grease to ensure its normal operation and long-lasting oil pressure output capacity.
