摘要
以VHT800数控机床为例,设计了树脂混凝土材料和铸铁材料的滑台模型,用有限元方法对其进行静态分析、模态分析,结果表明:同铸铁材料机床滑台相比,树脂混凝土材料机床滑台满足了机床零部件轻量化和刚度使用要求,在相同的受载条件下,树脂混凝土机床滑台比铸铁材料滑台的最大应力减低15.8%,变形量降低6%,树脂混凝土材料机床滑台的各阶固有频率均明显高于铸铁材料滑台,树脂混凝土材料滑台的静、动态特性优于铸铁材料滑台。
Taking the VHT800 CNC machine tool as an example,a sliding table model of resin concrete material and cast iron material is designed,and static analysis and modal analysis are carried out with finite element method.The results show that the resin concrete machine tool sliding table meets the requirements of light weight and rigidity of machine tool parts.Under the same load conditions,the resin concrete machine tool sliding table reduces the maximum stress by 15.8%and the deformation by 6%,the natural frequencies of each step of the resin concrete material machine sliding table are significantly higher than the cast iron material sliding table,and the static and dynamic characteristics of the resin concrete material sliding table are better than the cast iron material sliding table.
