摘要
火箭生产是不同于流水生产线的一项系统工程。单件产品工程量大、质量要求极高、大量多工种协作工序是火箭制造的突出特点。文中提出一套采用VBA设计的绩效评价系统来综合考虑实际工作中多项因素,以降低精细化考核带来的人工核算工作量大、计算复杂的压力,同时进一步提高核算的准确性和时效性。
Rocket production is a systematic project different from the production line.A single product has a large amount of engineering,extremely high quality requirements,and a large number of multi-work collaborative processes are the outstanding characteristics of rocket manufacturing.This paper proposes a performance evaluation system designed with VBA to comprehensively consider multiple factors in actual work to reduce the pressure of large manual accounting workload and complex calculations caused by refined evaluation,while further improving the accuracy and timeliness of accounting.
