摘要
为了研究物料在水平螺旋中运动规律,优化水平螺旋的工作参数,以提高水平螺旋的工作效率。通过离散单元法仿真模拟物料在水平螺旋的运动状态,改变水平螺旋的转速、进料量及水平螺旋的倾斜角来探索物料在水平螺旋管道运动规律。物料在水平螺旋管道中运动时会产生质量流的损失,水平螺旋进给量的增加对出口处物料运动影响不大,还会增加管道中物料的聚集,水平螺旋的转速、倾斜角的变化会明显影响物料在水平螺旋中的运动。
In order to study the movement law of the material in the horizontal spiral,the working parameters of the horizontal spiral are optimized to improve the working efficiency of the horizontal spiral.The discrete element method is used to simulate the motion state of the material in the horizontal spiral.The rotation speed,feed volume and inclination angle of the horizontal spiral are changed to explore the law of material movement in the horizontal spiral pipeline.When the material moves in the horizontal spiral pipeline,the loss of mass flow will occur.The increase of the horizontal spiral feed has little effect on the movement of the material at the outlet,and it will also increase the accumulation of the material in the pipeline.The changes in the speed and inclination angle of the horizontal spiral will obviously affect the movement of the material in the horizontal spiral.
