摘要
在热力管道设计过程中,管道热胀冷缩产生的管路应力不容忽视,为保证管道在设计状态下的安全和稳定,应在管路系统设计时考虑热补偿。以航空发动机某试验器排气系统管道设计为例,利用经验公式对排气系统管道进行热补偿设计,开展膨胀节需求分析,确定热补偿金属膨胀节的技术参数,再利用CAESARⅡ对排气系统管道进行仿真分析,最终实现管道的热补偿设计。
In the process of thermal pipeline design,the pipeline stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines cannot be ignored.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the pipeline in the design state,thermal compensation should be considered in the design of the pipeline system.Taking the exhaust system pipe design of an aero-engine tester as an example,this paper uses empirical formulas to design the exhaust system pipe thermal compensation,conducts expansion joint demand analysis,and determines the technical parameters of thermally compensated metal expansion joints.CAESARⅡis used to simulate and analyze the exhaust system pipeline,and finally realize the thermal compensation design of the pipeline.
