摘要
论述了一种航空航天飞行器用高转速发动机的离心叶轮的加工方法,采用该加工方法能够加工出超薄多曲面叶片,保证叶片不发生变形,同时能保证阶梯内孔极高的同轴度及内孔微米级精度,文中对该加工方法进行了详细的阐述。
This paper discusses a method for processing the centrifugal impeller of a high-speed engine for aerospace aircraft.It can process ultra-thin multi-curved blades to ensure that the blades are not deformed,and can ensure the extremely high coaxiality of the stepped inner hole and micron precision of inner hole diameter.The processing method of this kind of parts is explained in detail.
