摘要
采用球径半理论公式计算球径、破碎统计力学指导初装的配球、转移概率确定补球方案,并将该钢球级配制度应用于银山选矿厂。精准的补加球制度,降低了球磨机的钢球消耗和生产电耗,提升了磨矿效率。
The semi theoretical formula of ball diameter is used to calculate the ball diameter,tlhe crushing statisticalmechanics is used to guide the initial ball distribution,and the transfer probability is used to determine the ballsupplement scheme.The ball grading system is applied in Yinshan concentrator,and the precise filling system reducesthe ball consumption and production power consumption of ball mill,improves the grinding efficiency.
