摘要
新型锰元素添加剂作为钢铁行业中的一种重要脱硫剂和氧化剂,相比于一般的锰元素添加剂如电解金属锰片,具有熔化速度快、分散性好、锰收率高等优点,并且其形状规整,便于运输。在钢铁行业中有着良好的前景,近年来也受到了广泛的关注。试验着重对新型锰元素添加剂其中之一的锰球生产工艺进行了探究。对其生产工艺中的四个参数:锰粉目数、粘接剂用量、烘烤温度和烘烤时间做出了探讨,用正交试验的方法得出了各因素对锰球粘接效果的影响程度,得出了最佳的锰球生产的工艺参数组合。为满足客户标准,对正交试验得出的最佳工艺参数组合进行了修正,将粘接剂用量改为3.5%。最后经过试验论证,20目的锰粉、3.5%的粘接剂用量、180℃的烘烤温度和4h的烘烤时间的工艺参数组合制作出的锰球最大落地高度可达1.7m。
As an important desulurimer and oxidant in iron and steel industry,the new manganese additive has theadvantages of fast melting speed,good dispersion and high manganese yield compared with the general manganeseadditive such as electrolytic manganese sheet,and its shape is regular and convenient for transportation.Therefore,ithas a good prospect in the iron and steel industry,and has been widely concerned in recent years.This paper focuseson the production process of manganese ball,one of the new manganese additives The four parameters in theproduction process;mesh number of manganese powder,amount of adhesive,baking temperature and baking timewere discussed.The influence degree of various factors on the bonding effect of manganese ball was obtained byorthogonal test,and the best combination of process paramelers for the production of manganese ball was obtained.Inorder to meet the customer's standard,the best combination of process parameters obtained by orthogonal test wasmodified,and the amount of adhesive was changed to 3.5%.Finally,through the experimental demonstration,themaximum landing height of the manganese ball can reach 1.7 meters under the combination of 20 mesh manganesepowder,3.5%amount of adhesive,180℃baking temperature and 4 h baking time.
