An example of a production wastewater trealment project in an engineering machinery factory inCentralChina is introduced,including project overview,waler quality and quantity,process route,automatic control,materialof main equipment,pipeline valve selection,etc.Degreasing waste water,si lane wasle water and electrophoresis spraypaint waste water were treated by physical and chemical pretreatment+biochemical treatment process,and finallyreaches the third grade standard"Integralted Wastewalter Discharge Standard"(CB8978-1996).The implementationof the project has reference significance for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
