中医外治法治疗男性不育症的研究进展

Research progress of TCM external treatment on male infertility

现代医学研究认为,夫妇有规律性生活1年以上,未采用任何避孕措施,由于男方因素造成女方无法自然受孕的称为男性不育症。随着社会的发展,环境污染、不良生活方式及个人压力大等因素导致男性精液质量严重下降,男性不育症发病率上升,给个人和社会带来了不利的影响。随着近年来对中医外治法的重视,各地中医院外治中心纷纷成立,中医外治法治疗男性不育症的研究日趋增多。本文针对性地总结了近年来中医外治法在男性不育症治疗方面的应用情况,从针灸、穴位埋线、穴位注射、推拿、耳穴压豆、中药熏洗、中药灌肠等方面进行综述,以期为临床应用中医外治法治疗男性不育症提供思路。

Modern medical research contends that the couple has a regular sexual life of more than 1 year, did not use any contraceptive measures, the woman cannot naturally conceived caused by the male factors, known as male infertility. With the development of society, affected by environmental pollution, bad lifestyle and personal pressure, the quality of male semen has seriously declined, and more and more male infertility patients have brought adverse effects to individuals and society. With the emphasis on TCM external treatment in recent years, TCM external treatment centers have been set up by traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, and the research on TCM external treatment for male infertility is increasing day by day. This paper summarizes the application of TCM external treatment in the treatment of male infertility in recent years, from acupuncture, acupoint embedding, acupoint injection, massage, ear point pressing bean, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, traditional Chinese medicine enema, etc.,in order to provide clinical application of TCM external treatment in the treatment of male infertility treatment.
