加味当归芍药散联合抗生素治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者的疗效及对免疫功能的影响

Effect of modified Danggui Shaoyao San combined with antibiotics on the efficacy and immune function of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation of damp-heat stasis type

目的探究加味当归芍药散联合抗生素治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎(CPID)患者的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月六安市中医院就诊的76例湿热瘀结型CPID患者作为研究对象。随机分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38)。对照组采用抗生素治疗,观察组采用加味当归芍药散联合抗生素治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后的安全性指标、中医证候积分及免疫功能指标;采用随机行走模型评价两组免疫功能指标。结果两组治疗后的C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数、中医证候积分、CD8^(+)水平显著降低,白介素(IL)-2、IL-10、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)水平显著上升,且观察组上述指标的改善效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治愈率和总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味当归芍药散联合抗生素治疗能明显改善湿热瘀结型CPID患者的中医证候积分和免疫功能,提高患者的治疗效果,且用药安全。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Danggui Shaoyao San combined with antibiotic treatment on the efficacy and immune function of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation(CPID) of damp-heat stasis type. Methods 76 patients with damp-heat stasis CPID treated in Lu′an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=38) and observation group(n=38). The control group was treated with antibiotics, and the observation group was treated with modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with antibiotics. General information, therapeutic effect, safety index, TCM syndrome score and immune function index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Random walking model was used to evaluate the immune function indexes of the two groups. Results After treatment, CRP,WBC count, lymphocyte count, TCM syndrome score and CD8;were significantly decreased in 2 groups, while IL-2,IL-10,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and NK cells were significantly increased, and the improvement effect of above indicators in observation group was significantly better than control group. The cure rate and total effective rate of observation group were significantly higher than control group. Conclusions Modified Danggui Shaoyao San combined with antibiotics can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score and immune function of CPID patients with dampness-heat stasis, improve the therapeutic effect of patients, and medication safety.
