男性生育力保存的现状和伦理思考

The situation and ethical thinking of male fertility preservation

由于全世界不育症的高发,以往被忽略的男性生育力保存问题近年来也成为了生殖医学和男科学关注的热点。男性生育力的保存可以为一些人群提供生育保障,比如疾病影响、职业暴露和推迟生育的人群。人类精子库超低温冷冻保存精子是目前男性生育力保存的主要途径,而在其具体应用过程中面临着来自伦理、道德等方面的挑战。本文对目前国内外男性生育力保存的现状、方法、适应人群以及应用过程中涉及到的相关伦理问题加以思考,以期为男性生育力保存的进一步研究和更好发挥社会学效应提供新思路。

Due to the high incidence of infertility in the world, male fertility preservation, which was previously neglected, has become a hot topic in reproductive medicine and andrology in recent years. Preservation of male fertility can provide fertility protection for populations affected by disease, occupational exposure and delayed childbearing. Cryopreservation of sperm in human sperm banks is the main way to preserve male fertility at present, but its application is faced with challenges from ethical and moral aspects. This article discussed the current status of male fertility preservation at home and abroad, methods, intended population and related ethical issues, in order to provide new ideas for the further study of male fertility preservation and produce better sociological effects.
