摘要
本文以广州中医药大学2018级、2019级公体体育课中的六艺太极拳教学为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、教学实践法、数理统计法等研究方法,将德育内容贯穿于高校公共体育课教学活动之中。研究发现,六艺太极拳具有显性和隐性的德育教学资源,在落实"立德树人"上发挥了独特价值。
As an important teaching content of the public PE course in universities,taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)contains rich moral culture element.In the teaching system guided by the concept of"strengthening moral education and fostering people",taijiquan has its natural advantages.Taking the teaching of six arts taijiquan in public PE course in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in 2018 and 2019 as an example,through literature review,questionnaire,teaching practice and mathematical statistics,this paper discovers that,by putting moral education throughout the teaching activity of public PE course in universities,six arts taijiquan shows both explicit and hidden meanings to the moral education teaching,and has its unique value in strengthening moral education and fostering people by combining these two together.The recognition of traditional excellent culture will be also enhanced,and the PE course teaching will be more effective and targeted.This research offers theoretical and practical reference to the ideology teaching in PE course in universities.
